Chef Ireland Winner

We are delighted to announce that Chef Peter Humphries of CCSL has won 'Silver' in the 'Duck Dish' category at the Chef Ireland 2020 culinary competition, held at the Citywest Conference and Event Centre, Dublin on Wednesday, February 5th, 2020.

The Panel of Chefs of Ireland in conjunction with the Irish Foodservice suppliers Alliance (IFSA) promote the Chef Ireland Culinary Competitions.

This years theme focused on sustainability with an emphasis on awareness of ingredients and origin of foods. The judges were looking for locally grown and sourced ingredients to be featured on the Chef's menus and dishes.

At CCSL, we are delighted with our long-standing commitment to supporting Irish suppliers, the Irish economy and Irish jobs. We work closely with Board Bia and we are a part of their Irish Food Service Market Directory, which supports the success of Irish Food producers.

CCSL use local Irish suppliers to responsibly source fresh food for our menus. We are proud to be supporting local artisan suppliers and believe in the integrity and superior taste of these

fresh Irish products and love sharing them with our clients.
