We are delighted to announce that Chef Peter Humphries of CCSL has won 'Silver' in the 'Duck Dish' category at the Chef Ireland 2020 culinary competition, held at the Citywest Conference and Event Centre, Dublin on Wednesday, February 5th, 2020.
The Panel of Chefs of Ireland in conjunction with the Irish Foodservice suppliers Alliance (IFSA) promote the Chef Ireland Culinary Competitions.
This years theme focused on sustainability with an emphasis on awareness of ingredients and origin of foods. The judges were looking for locally grown and sourced ingredients to be featured on the Chef's menus and dishes.
