Reducing food miles is one of our top considerations whenever we look to source new ingredients or plan each CCSL site.
We work closely with our local teams and suppliers, sourcing from within the community when we can, streamlining our product ranges, finding solutions to storage demands and changing habits and behaviours to reduce frequency of deliveries.
