Covid 19 has, to varying degrees challenged how we all live, work and engage with each other.  Whilst it’s full effect will only be realised in time, it has certainly impacted on how we support our clients and manage our business throughout the country.

As Covid restrictions are eased we are working with individual clients to align with their site specific return to work programmes. Our primary objective is to tailor our operations in this ‘new normal’ to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients, their employees and our teams on site.


Our initial focus was to ensure continuity of service to businesses that remained open whilst making certain that the measures necessary to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees, customers and suppliers were in place.


As a bespoke catering company, our response efforts were quick, effective and tailored to each client’s changing circumstances.  Many new innovations and modifications were introduced and these helped streamline and adapt the service for the customer whilst ensuring their safety. 

We maintain on-going communications with all our employees, supporting some in new work situations, others working from home or on lay-off due to site closures / reduced requirements. 


Our Management Team have taken this time to review and strengthen all systems and processes and are ready to roll these out as business resumes.


We recognise that this is a worrying and stressful time for everyone and acknowledge the enormous contribution made by our employees, our clients, our customers and our suppliers.

Ethical Sustainability


As part of our commitment to ethical sustainability we take great care to ensure there is traceability with everything we use. We are an independent, Irish-owned operation and so we are not tied into global or national agreements which can override quality considerations.


By being able to track everything back to the grower or producer, we can guarantee the quality of the tens of thousands of finished meals we serve up every day. Provenance may be the word of the day but it’s something we embraced since we first began. You can taste the difference.
